But we’re pleased to say that our new New York office is getting off to a great start. And the UK office is, of course, working as hard as ever to make sure everything we produce is top-notch.

Speaking of top-notch, the healthcare app we designed last year for Aetna has had some great feedback. Patients have rated the service 4.5 out of 5, and it has a Net Promoter Score of +47. Not too shabby.

What we’re working on

Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve been knocking one of the most complicated bills we’ve ever seen into shape. We helped a bank brighten up its statements. And we’re working with a well-respected institution to help it develop new ways of connecting with its younger members.

We’ve also helped a household name develop a tone of voice for its finance arm. On top of all that, we’ve got some really interesting app-based projects on the go in the USA.

Oh, and Adam (our Business Development Manager) won the World Cup sweepstake. Though runner-up Roger was far more excited about his share of the pot.
