We’ve done a lot together. From tiny texts to portals that give customers the breeziest way to keep track of their insurance.
We’ve explored every nook of Chubb’s small business cover (and their audience of 20 million customers). And delved into their commercial cover proposition too, building customisable digital experiences that respond to each customer’s priorities.
We figured they were sick of it being the other way around.
What else? Well, we’ve been moulding a whole new sub-brand. And as it constantly improves its personal risk services, we’re the first on Chubb’s list to help push the digital experience up the hill, to match what’s on offer.
We always make sure all user portals are designed to be as easy to use on mobile as they are on desktop. Because we know that lots of people prefer to manage their insurance on the fly.
Because they’re just like us – busy.
